 Openware's primary product is the Explorbot. The Explorbot is A semi-autonomous robotic system designed to be used for indoor or outdoor active and passive surveillance purposes. The Explorbot is a state-of-the art system with capabilities that include digital vision, hearing, speech, IP wireless control, semi-autonomous navigation, Infrared sensing and cooperative data sharing brought together via a web software interface system controlling a modular reconfigurable chassis. Explorbot will be built mainly for surveillance, but can be adapted or modified for hazard material monitoring; sampling and inspection; Explorbot can also interface with other security systems.
